It is the easiest way to start the communication and adoption process.

Meet Aspen! This cutie  grey fawn  girl came to us after a severe case of neglect.  She has been with us for a few months while we brought her back to a healthy weight.

This sweet baby is only a year and a half old with a heart of gold. She is currently being fostered by Alice & family. Though Aspen has had a rough start to life that doesn’t stop her from sharing love with her humans and boy does she have a lot of love to give! Aspen has made fast friends with her four-legged foster brother, PLR alum Boone. The two can often be found together if Aspen is not right by her foster mom’s side. Aspen also really loves her 10-year-old   four legged  foster brother and chooses to share most of her kisses with him. Aspen always has a very inquisitive look upon her face as she cautiously observes the world around her. When it is time to eat her eyes get so wide, she looks like a little hungry hungry hippo, in the most adorable way. Aspen is starting to understand what it means to be a young dog in the world and figuring out what style of play she likes best. So far Aspen will chase a ball mom rolls for her or run around like a silly goose with Boone. Sometimes she’ll have a burst of energy and do a very impressive kangaroo hop. Aspen does great on leash walks especially if going on a hike. This little ma’am recently graduated from four weeks of training with GoodPup  after a training grant given to us by  RARF ! We worked on sit, touch, stay, place, heel, come, and down. Aspen is very smart and a fast learner! When it’s time to relax Aspen curls up with her foster brother Boone or one of her humans. She will snuggle up close and stretch her legs out around you giving a super sweet pittie hug! This little ball of love is a quiet girl who is looking for a forever family to show her what it means to always be loved and help her explore the fun thi n gs life has to offer!  We think she would flourish in a home with another male dog.
