Meet Barry!  This 3-year old energetic love bug came to us from local animal control after being found as a stray. We LOVE dogs with human names and Barry is no exception! This affectionate gentleman is a wiggly shadow, and, like an adorable busy body, will follow you from room to room to supervise. Barry doesn’t know his own size and is a 65-lb lap dog. He likes to lay his head in your lap and will lay right on top of you if you let him. He is energetic and loves to play outside, but he also calms down nicely in the house for cuddles galore. Barry has a favorite stuffed octopus that he loves to carry around proudly while wagging his tail at top speed. We are convinced it’s his emotional support octopus. 

Barry is a smiley dude who walks with a loose leash, loves nylabones, and loves to get scratchies. He is a sweet little love who just wants to hang out with his humans and play with his pittie foster sister. And he’s oh-so-handsome! We think Barry would thrive in a home who would continue structured training to help with basic commands – he is smart and loves to work his brain! He would love a somewhat active family and would be a great walking or hiking buddy. Due to his size and unknown history, older kids would be best for this wiggle butt.
