Meet Han, one of our Star Wars puppies! This handsome man plays hard and sleeps hard - right through the night in his kennel! He has adjusted beautifully to his foster home and loves his human foster sister (13 years old) and his canine foster brother and sister. Han enjoys barking at his feline foster siblings, but is finding out that they don't enjoy it as much as he does. His leash training and housetraining are both coming along extremely well for a pup his age. Han will do well in a house that can give him enough activity to tire him out, but also provide a comfy couch (or lap) to snuggle on.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away (July, to be exact)…

A Star Wars litter was born into our rescue by loving and doting mama dog Princess Leia, who just might be dog mom of the year. We knew right away that the force was strong in this awesome mama, and that at only 42-lbs, she was small, but mighty. In fact, Princess Leia was so awesome that she was adopted before any of her puppies…something a rescue only dreams of. She is a loving and snuggly dog with an amazing temperament. And she was an excellent mama dog, taking care of all 10 of her pups until they were moved into foster homes.

Puppies are soooooo cute, and puppy breath is THE BEST! But puppies are a lot of work and take dedication, patience, love, training, and real commitment to turn them into amazing adults.
