Meet Frannie! This 3-year old petite little lady came to us from local animal control after her owners could no longer care for her. Ms. Frannie is a Whoopie Pie at heart…exquisitely sweet, deliciously gooey, and bursting with sugar-coated fluff. And she is truly snack-sized at only 48-pounds. She is your typical All-American girl…quirky and cute, with a playful personality and sugar plum sweetness. She is gentle, excited to meet everything and everyone, and will gladly play bow with dogs, cats, and humans. She loves to be close to her people and will joyfully be your shadow. She is currently scoring top marks as her foster mom’s personal assistant and is eager to curl up to rest while you’re working.

With her sleek black coat and kind amber eyes, Frannie could easily be confused with a lithe baby panther. She has a soft beauty that is immediately loveable. This angel-faced and puppy-like girly girl is currently settling into her foster home, where she is coming out of her shell and letting her kindhearted personality shine through. She is a sensitive spirit who longs for a forever home with consistency and love and to bond with her forever humans.

Frannie is in a foster home with a resident dog and 2 kitty brothers and has done well. She tries to appropriately play with the resident cats, but we know all kitties aren’t looking for playmates, so a dog-savvy cat is a must. Due to a lack of history with kids, and Frannie’s initial shyness, older kids would be best.
