We would love to be snowed-in with this 9-month old pointer mix (if we had to be snowed-in in springtime, that is). Jack came to us from a local shelter after his owner could no longer care for him. He is a typical young puppy, who is cute as a button and playfully spreads magic wherever he goes. He really enjoys training and learning new things and is eager to work and engage with people. Jack would make a great adventure dog with his energy level. And even though he is a little shy at first, he loves meeting new people and is a bona fide love bug! Jack’s frosty name is ironic, considering his love and affection have the warmth of a piping hot chocolate on a blustery afternoon (and the marshmallow coat to match!). He has the best earflap-hat-inspired ears, tinted with the most perfect shade of winter candy apple pink. Jack has settled quickly into his foster home, enjoying the cozy comfort of being part of a family once again. His perfect forever family would be active and open to adventures that include this lively 4-legged icicle. Jack loves to play with his foster family (humans and canines alike) and will even play by himself, throwing his toys into the air for entertainment. His favorite toys are a couple of old basketballs he discovered, even though there are real dog toys in his foster home. He gives high-five’s (for real) and is a pro at lounging on deck chairs, sunning himself out in the yard. This lil’ nugget would looove a yard all his own in his forever home! Jack is a wiggle worm, but does so in a sophisticated and elegant manner. In fact, he could be an extra in a Shakira music video, ‘cause his hips don’t lie (when he’s happy). Jack has been amazing with the dogs in his foster home and we think he would be over-the-moon to have a canine sibling. He would likely be ok with a dog-savvy cat who doesn’t attempt lots of interaction. Due to his size and lack of history, older kids would be best for this baby clown.More about Jack FrostGood with Dogs, Good with Cats www.pittieloverescue.org Please consider a donation so that we may continue the important work we do.
