Meet Fergie! This 4-year old wiggle butt emits magical fibers of love and, like her name, is one fergilicious little lady. And little she is! Fergie is short in stature at 34 compact pounds, but more than makes up for it in her sassy and larger-than-life personality. She is the CEO and founding member of the IBPC (Ittie Bittie Pittie Committee), frozen in time as a perpetual pint-sized puppy. But it’s obvious from her condition that someone didn’t take very good care of her. She has large scars on her back, leg, and face, possibly from an old burn injury. She was picked up with a raging UTI and her now-shiny coat had likely been urine soaked for quite some time. She has been working on housetraining in her foster home – likely a combination of the UTI and the possibility she was confined and/or not let outside regularly. But this short stack holds no grudges and looooves everyone she meets. And we’ve promised her it’s all unicorns, cupcakes, and sprinkles from this point forward. Fergie is a miniature munchkin, a sophisticated ewok, and an enchanting mogwai rolled into one. Her stunt doubles literally include Gizmo and Baby Yoda (with the sound effects to match). She’s a pro at chirping like a baby bird and is happily inquisitive in her foster home, trotting along to explore every nook and cranny. In fact, you’ll likely catch The Dutchess snorting up a storm, canoodling with her favorite humans, or snoozing with her petite pink tongue peeking out from her adorable under bite. So delicious! She loves human companionship and would thrive in a home where she is treated as one of the gang…on the couch watching the game, snuggled up in bed for quality cuddle time, and going on adventures with her favorite humans. Fergie loves to eat and will gobble up and guzzle down virtually anything you put in front of her (except zucchini – that’s gross!). Fergie is relaxed around the dogs in her foster home, though she’s much more interested in humans and food, and says no thanks to kitties. We suspect she would enjoy being the center of attention. Due to his lack of history, older kids would be best for this loveable lowrider.More about FergieNot Good with Cats www.pittieloverescue.org Please consider a donation so that we may continue the important work we do.
