Meet Pinto! This 1-year old boxer mix (yep, a boxer!) came to us after he was found as a stray. Pinto has so, so much to give. He’s great on leash, good in the car, and plays a serious game of fetch. This loving legume has a phenomenal temperament...one part Mexican jumping bean and one part toasted marshmallow jelly bean (yes, that's a thing). A great combo of unique personality and quirk with just the right amount of candy-coated sweetness. And those cow-inspired freckles make us weak in the knees. Pinto is a benevolent clown at heart that loves to lay spread eagle on the cold tile of the kitchen floor to beat the heat (who doesn’t?!). Pinto is learning his manners with other dogs and can come on a bit strong. He could do well with tolerant dogs that don’t mind him being a bit obnoxious, but wouldn’t mind being the king of the castle. He definitely says no thanks to cats! Due to Pinto’s size and lack of history, older or no kids would be best for this black-eyed pea.
