Meet Princess Jasmine! This royally sweet 2-year old has obviously experienced some neglect in her short life based on her emaciated appearance, but her lighthearted radiance is already unfolding in her foster home as she settles in. And we think she deserves to have all the comforts and luxuries available to any princess as she forges a new path forward. She was brought into our rescue at 35 pounds, but is on a vet-supervised feeding schedule to slowly move her closer to her goal weight of 50 lbs. Jasmine LOVES being close and has mastered resting her head gently on her human’s lap. Sitting in a recliner meant for one? No problem…Jasmine will make her way up and make it work. She’s like a little shadow (especially in the kitchen!). She enjoys fetch, although she will playfully change to a game of keep-away without advance notice. She’s even know to play a game of catch by herself like a true entertainer. And Jazzy loves anything that squeaks, even though squeaky toys aren’t nearly as fun once she gets the squeaker out of them. J Jasmine walks nicely on leash, with the bonus of defending you from any wayward squirrels, and has an innocently inquisitive nature as she opens up her eyes to the new and improved world around her. This delicate spirit is known to sneak in unsuspecting kisses and licks when you aren’t paying attention and really just wants to be loved. Jasmine is all that a little girl should be…curious, sassy, affectionate, and wicked smart. She tested well with dogs, but is still working on getting comfortable with all dogs. Jasmine has no history with cats.More about JasmineNot Good with Cats www.pittieloverescue.org Please consider a donation so that we may continue the important work we do.
