Looking for an adorable sidekick who loves to relax on the couch? Flipper may be your guy. This loveable lowrider has a condition called carpal vargus, which means that this his front legs that turn outward and resemble flippers. He makes a classic splash everywhere he goes and is quite the scene stealer trotting down the street for short walks. He'd rather hang out at home than go on a hike. Flipper is house and crate trained, and generally a low maintenance guy. He is great with dogs and may be able to live with cats as well (more testing required). Flipper is affectionate, intelligent, stocky, loving, beefy, and goofy. He doesn’t need an undersea world of fun and excitement…just a place to call home.
