Jackie is an active girl who would be best with older, or no kids. Can be jumpy. Never mouthy but can be grabby with toys. Lived successfully with another dog (7 year old male hound) for 7 months until hound's resource guarding intensified and she stopped taking his "warnings." A few squabbles. Never any blood, but may be best as an only dog, or at least make sure other dog is not a resource guarder.
Very stressed at MSPCA, so probably not a dog that can be boarded in a kennel situation. Very playful with dogs, but can be rough. She was adopted from MSPCA in May, 2017 (had been surrendered due to landlord issues) and then surrendered in February by the adopter because other dog was a resource guarder.
Excellent leash walking skills. Was crate trained. Has not used a crate in awhile

Hey! Down here...look at my face! I know my ears are the first thing people fall in love with, but once they get to know me and my playful personality, they fall in love with what's on the inside too! I make an excellent companion if you enjoy the outdoors. I could just stay outside and watch what's going on for an hour! I also LOVE toys. Toys just get me so excited, I'll run around and ask you to play with me! But, if you are on the couch, I don't need an invite, I'll just snuggle up to you in a ball, where I obviously belong!
