Casper aka the friendly ghost ...:) 7 months old or so. This pup was found abandoned in a basement. 'Owners' moved and left him tied to die. :( We are so thankful to the neighbor who found him and to Suzie, one of our local animal control officers who fell in love with this beautiful boy. Thanks as well to Adam at Underdog ResQ and All Dog Rescue for their thorough temperment evaluations. Casper holds no grudges to the neglect he suffered. A happy playful boy. He loves playing games and is also perfectly content to lay down and chew on a bone or toy. He is high energy and would love a yard to run around in. Casper will be going into his foster home very soon. Adoption Restrictions: Mandatory home visit and reference checks. Will only adopt as an only dog or with a compatible dog of the opposite sex.
