Meet Skyla! She is a 2 year old blue pit bull. She was rescued by us from a local shelter where she was surrendered by her irresponsible owner who was not caring for her. We got a call from a concerned volunteer telling us they had a great little girl who was very scared to be in the shelter environment. They all fell in love with her and were sad but at the same time.happy to see her go into our rescue. Everyone that has met her has fallen in love with her. Her markings are very unique. Striking girl who is mostly blue with a few big white spots. She LOVES her foster brother who is quite a bit bigger than her at 95 pounds, she adores him as he does her. They follow each other everywhere. She is a peanut weighing about 45 pounds. She was a bit under weight but is improving daily. She knows basic commands and comes when she is called. She is 100% house and crate trained. She is in her crate for 8hours/day during the week. A happy girl who LOVES to cuddle. Listens very well. Great on leash and loves to go in the car. Skyla's only flaw (kidding!) is kissing you till she gets tired. :)) She also gives gentle hugs. A wonderful little girl that will make a great addition to any family. Adoption Restrictions: Mandatory home visit and reference checks. Will only adopt as an only dog or with a compatible dog of the opposite sex.
