Hi Everyone, I'm Lilah. My foster mom named me that because she says I am almost the color of pale purple lilacs. She's right, I am a pretty bluish, fawn, brindle color and very unique looking. I am very sweet and silly and amuse everyone with my antics. In fact, I make a lot of friends wherever I go! I have been living with my big foster brother Sparky and I really like him. The truth is, I really like every dog. I like to kiss and lick their faces and I get really excited to see my friends at my foster mom's work. We run and play in the field near her office during lunch! It is really fun. My foster mom says I am lucky because there are a lot of other dogs that don't get to be free and play as much as I do, but I hope that's not true. I also live with 3 cats! Can you believe it? 3 cats! I used to be real interested in them because I never had even seen those guys before. Well, as it turns out, I pretty much don't even notice them anymore. They aren't fun to play with and they really don't like tennis balls or squeaky toys. Sometimes if they run real fast, I might sneak a chance to run too but my foster mom says that kitties are not for chasing. I say darn, cause it really seems like I might like that. I might like to have a kitty friend in my new home, but you might have to remind me not to chase them for the first couple of days. I definitely would like to have a friend of the canine family to play with though. If you don't have another dog for me to live with that's ok, but I would like to be able to go to puppy parties and play play play every now and then! That's one of my very favorite things and boy can I run zoomy fast! As for other things, I know I am beautiful and smart. I know that I am supposed to go potty outside, and I know that I sleep quietly in my crate. I would need to have a crate in my new home cause I might like mischief too. After all, I have a young inquisitive mind. I sit, and wait for my food, I sit and wait to go in and out of the door to outside. I can entertain myself for quite sometime with a Bully Stick, a Kong or a tennis ball. I come when I am called, and I take treats gently. My foster mom works hard to give me lots of exercise and structure, cause that's what a young dog like me needs. Basically I am the whole package anyone could ever want in a dog.
