My name is Herra, and like Mary Poppins, "I am practically perfect in every way"...I used to have a wonderful home and a wonderful family before coming into the rescue, but hard times fell on my daddy and he lost his job and his house. He was trying to do his best to keep me safe because I was his "sweet baby girl." But we were homeless! He knew that it would be hard for us both to get back on our feet together, so he made the best decision for me and let the wonderful people at PittieLove Rescue take me into their program. He was crying when he left me, but he told me not to be sad because I was going to be ok. Boy was he right! I am better than ok, I am GREAT! I am currently living on a farm with lots of trails and acres to run and play. I also live with my big brother dog Sparky, 3 cats, and there are even sheep, a horse, and chickens that I see all the time! Even though I had never seen a lot of those things before, I was a brave girl and really like them all. Honestly, the chickens can be a little scary sometimes but I am getting braver. I get to go to the "woods" every day and me and my foster brother run all around and do zoomies like crazy dogs with lots of other puppy friends of all different sizes. I listen like a good girl and come right back when I am called! When we are not running and playing, or going to my foster mom's "job"(whatever that means), in my spare time I like to cuddle with pretty much anyone that wants to. Did you know that I am a prize winning cuddler? Just ask my foster mom, or the cats... I am housebroken, crate trained, know many commands, and turn on a dime when I am called. Now the only thing missing from my life is a permanent family that will love me forever and always. I am fun and sweet, and really pretty much perfect so please, won't you think about giving me a place to call my own?
