Meet Feney! Feney is the sweetest dog ever! Feney’s job in life was as a service dog up until a short time ago when his owner became seriously ill and was no longer able to care for him. What a change for a dog whose life was committed to being there for his owner. For the brief time he has been with his foster mom he has proven himself to be very adaptable. New routines and schedules were taken in stride along with sharing a home with his ‘new sister’, an American Bulldog/Pittie mix. Feney loves to go for walks, playing in the yard, lots of love, rides, new adventures and then settles down for quiet time. For a short time he shared a home with kids and cats, and took it all in stride. He knows obedience commands (sit, stay, etc.), has been accident free and is crate-trained. Feney deserves a new home where his joie de la vie (joy of life) will continue to be shared. Adoption Restrictions: Mandatory home visit and reference checks. Will only adopt as an only dog or with a compatible dog of the opposite sex. Please Apply Online Adoption Fee: $150.00. Includes spay/neuter, AVID pre-paid microchip and all vaccinations.
