Meet Ruby!!!! She came into the rescue after being found as a stray and not claimed after her ten day hold at animal control. We cannot imagine why as it is evident that someone cared for her. She is now living with her foster Mom and Dad and their male pit bull. Ruby is an athletic little girl, whose favorite activities include chasing toys, giving kisses, and snoozing. Her age is estimated at six months and she weighs 38 lbs of solid muscle! Ruby is looking for a family who loves to play outside as much as she does. Her foster family is continuously amazed by her catch, fetch, and retrieving skills. She is definitely a future Fly Ball champ.!!! She is good on walks using an Easywalk Harness. Inside the house, Ruby chews her toys, snoozes, and tries to initiate play. She will sleep wherever there is a blanket or a bed. She loves curling up next to her foster parents and especially likes laying next to the fireplace. She gets along with other dogs great although she will definitely want to play with them!!! She is house broken and crate trained. She especially loves going into the crate when there is a fluffy bed inside. She is an excellent dog for an active family who will play and cuddle with her.
