Hi, my name is Liana aka Lia. I am a happy 11 week old puppy, with chocolate blown fur and hazel green eyes. My foster family is always telling me what a good girl I am and that I am learning “the ropes” very quickly for only being 11 weeks old. I am very smart. I have very few accidents in the house, if any. I am very good at communicating with my foster mom when I need to go “potty” and she gets super excited when I go potty outside (plus I just love those delicious peanut butter treats I get when I go). I walk on a leash like a “natural” and I love to go for walks. Did I mention I can go up and down stairs like a champ! I enjoy walking, snuggling, playing, learning, and loving everyone around me. I’m looking for a family who will give me lots of love and affection to take me home so that we can take care of each other for the rest of my life. I currently live in my wonderful foster home with my friends Fraya, Tyson and Ozzi. Fraya is a Bull Mastiff, Tyson is a Shepherd/Boxer and Ozzi is a Corgi. Fraya plays nice with me (we play tug of war and she lets me nibble on her toe nails). Tyson plays a little rough with me, but when I’ve had enough I let out a few good barks to stand up for myself (he knows I mean business when he’s looking down at me). Ozzi is not very interested in me, but I am trying to win him over. The dogs share their big dog toys with me and even though most of their toys are the same size as me, I play with them as if they were meant for me. When nobody want to play with me, I have no problem entertaining myself. Sometimes I try to be like Fraya and quietly lay on her bed for a long time & observe all the activity going on in the house. Fraya’s bed is in a great spot. You can see everything! I have a big appetite for a little pup. I also live with a 5 year old child named Rocco that I like to follow wherever he goes. He helps feed me and he likes to pet me while I eat and stick his fingers in my bowl. Sometimes he takes my food from me while I am right in the middle of eating, but I don’t mind much because he always gives it back to me. After I eat my last meal, I smuggle up with my foster mom and dad in a cozy blanket on their laps and I sleep for a long time. My foster mom likes to rub in between my paws while I sleep. I really trust her. She also has given me a few baths that make me smell really good and she trims my toe nails, which I also don’t seem to mind. I could really get used to all these spa treatments.
