Meet Austin! Hello, my name is Austin and I am 16 weeks old. I am one of 7 siblings and I am currently living with my foster family in Attleboro, Massachusetts. I have to be honest, I was a little nervous when I first arrived at my foster home. They have 3 dogs to play with there that I was not sure would like me very much. It took me a few days before I got up enough courage to venture off and play, but I’m glad I did because I realized that everyone loves me! I know my name, so I always come when I’m called and I’m a sucker for toys that are smooshy. I am a pretty laid back pup most of the time. I have to admit that sometimes I can be a bit of a baby. I follow my foster Mom around everywhere. If I don’t see her I usually like to go find her so I can lie down at her feet and lick her toes. Not the same as dog biscuits of course but they taste pretty good! I really like to play outside. I roll around on the grass and stretch out in the sun. I like the way the grass feels on my belly. Sometimes a get a burst of energy and run around in the yard like a lunatic for a few seconds and then crash into the grass like I’m stealing home plate! It’s a blast and it makes everyone laugh. I also have a 5 year old little boy named Rocco to play with. I like to chase him around the yard and play tug of war with him. I can tell he really likes me because he gives me lots of treats. I love naps and sometimes Rocco and I fall asleep together. My foster family says I’m a star student when it comes to potty training. I just recently learned that if I sit in front of the front door and whine, they take me right out! Who knew it was that easy? I get to go for lots of rides in the car and my foster mom takes me with her to work sometimes. I get to meet lots of new people there and everyone wants to take me home. I’m a good boy in the car. I find my spot and stretch out and enjoy the ride. Once you meet me, I guarantee you will want to make me part of your family! See u soon!
