Adoption Restrictions: Mandatory home visit and reference checks. Will only adopt as an only dog or with a compatible dog of the opposite sex. Please Apply Online Adoption Fee: $400. Includes spay/neuter, microchip and all vaccinations. Basil is a little love puppy. He loves everyone he meets, but especially the ladies. He is a great cuddler and kisser. Basil is an observer. When confronted with a new dog or a new object, he prefers to sit on the sidelines and watch before getting involved. He gets along extremely well with my two dogs, and is appropriately respectful. He's doing excellently with housetraining because he's a smart little dude. He's very food motivated and easy to train. We've been working on sitting politely for something you want, and walking on a loose leash and both of these are coming along very well. He's very easily redirected from doing something "bad" - just saying "hey!" works as long as you give him something else to do. Basil is very active and athletic. He's very coordinated for his age and can run very quickly! He would be a fantastic agility dog.
