Franklin was found left for dead in the woods with no way to get help on his own as he has little to no use of his back legs. After X-rays, blood work & examination it is believed that he most likely lost mobility due to a spinal injury. At approx. 8 years of age- hard to tell- but at one point he was someone's pet. His teeth show he had plenty of bones to chew on. The best part-holding no grudges and SO thankful to have been rescued.... He is as sweet as they come! He loves people & dogs! A is a little speed demon in his "doggie wheels" and has no problem getting around using them.Free PT for rehabilitation by Paws In Motion with Dr. Suzanne Starr in Natick. Prognosis is good that he may be able to gain at least partial use of his back legs. :)
