Maya is a super sweet, gentle 6 year old girl who loves kids of all ages. She often greets visitors by crawling into their laps. She is very smart and already knows basic commands like 'sit,' 'stay,' and and 'down' and is ready to learn even more. Maya spent 6 months in a shelter before being adopted into a loving home. Sadly, she is losing her home, through no fault of her own. Her one and only person is facing military deployment. Maya takes a daily medication for urinary issues, which are now well-controlled. She has done well in a home with a potbellied pig in the past.
